The Białowieża Primeval Forest. Conflicts over its conservation and management

This English translation of a publication by Professor Andrzej Szujecki presents the arguments of different sides in the debate on methods of preserving this forest complex as a model of nature for the benefit of people and humanity, and as a place where the coexistence of forest and society is historically well established.
