Forecasts are prepared by Fire Prevention Laboratory of the Forest Research Institute.
Fire danger color key:
- High - red
- Moderate - yellow
- Low - green
- No danger - dark blue
- Not forecasted region - white
- No data - grey
Periodic ban on entering forest is implemented by forest district manager when the fire danger rating level is high, if in 5 days in a row the litter humidity measured at 9 a.m. is lower than 10 percent.
